Needed to have a superficial keratectomy. The procedure went flawlessly. Didn’t feel a thing. The doctor was very clear on the administration of the mini eye drops that I was placed on. Went back a week later, and my eye was healed. Everyone I dealt with from office personnel to assistants wrre very cordial and knowledgeable.

We did not make it to the appointment. We arrived 30 minutes ahead of time but could not find a parking space. We waited at valet for 5-7 minutes apparently no one working the valet parking nearest to the cornea cataract building, we then attempted to find a spot in the parking garage drove around in there for 15 minutes, then went back to the valet waited another 5-7 minutes. We left there and drove around to find an outdoor parking lot, we ended up getting lost, called the Drs office spoke to a representative and told her we were going to be late the woman we spoke to was very helpful in giving us directions to another parking lot and said she would let the drs office know we were running late. We finally made it to the lot and drove around another 10-15 minutes to find/wait for an empty spot, we finally gave up. I tried calling the office to let them know we were not coming. I never could get someone to answer the phone I kept getting voicemails. I left a message on a “business office managers” Voicemail I left a message to say we were not coming and could someone from the office please call us to schedule another appointment. NO ONE has ever called us back. We have since made an appointment with another eye Dr at a completely different practice closer to our home.
