I have been a patient at Cornea Consultants for many years. I highly recommend Dr. Shivitz because he is very knowledgeable about fitting prescriptions for us that had RK surgery back in the early 80’s

While I appreciate the initial care I’ve received, lately there’s been much left to be desired. Not from the Drs. The actual care has been great and they've been knowledgeable. The treatment from the office staff is frustrating, to say the least. I often get somebody’s voicemail. If I manage to get a person on the phone, they pass the buck to someone else and transfer me to someone else’s voicemail or they tell me they can schedule a call back for a whole week out, which is unbelievable just to ask a simple question. I finally spoke with someone who told me the person I needed to speak to would call me back and here it is a week later and just as I thought. No call back. Getting what I need done before the end of the year is important to me. Unfortunately I’ll be going with another specialist in Nashville because I'm left with no other option unless they answer my question. It makes me really sad because I wanted to continue to receive care but it’s hard when nobody calls you back as promised.

Thankful for your emergency surgery done for my son Lawrence (Buddy). Hopefully he will continue to have a good recovery. Still not clear about his future vision not having a Len in that eye. Any consideration of putting one in later?
